Insurance clients have the right to expect that insurance producers have the experience, knowledge, and competence to serve them appropriately and effectively. A client expects a producer to be legally licensed and completed required continuing education as required by the proper authorities and the client expects the advisor to recommend products that will support the client’s needs in a suitable and appropriate way.

Clients and prospective clients have a right to privacy with respect to their personal financial and health information they provide in order to obtain insurance. Our practice standards adhere to the Ethical Standards of the professional associations to which we belong. Ethical Standards are our highest priority.
